Happy Mountain Day!
Every year, the president of Mount Holyoke College chooses a gorgeous day of fall to cancel classes and allow students, faculty and staff to enjoy the beauty of the Pioneer Valley.
Although I am no longer at Mount Holyoke and my Marathon Training Group interfered with my attendance at an alumni ice cream social, I celebrated Mountain Day in my own special way by running through Prospect Park and admiring the fall foliage. I hope Mohos near and fall took time to celebrate this wonderful time of year! :)
