Strawberries and Champagne
Today is Mount Holyoke's annual Strawberries and Champagne ceremony for seniors. During this event, the Alumnae Association welcomes the graduating seniors into "a worldwide network of diverse individuals bound together by the Mount Holyoke experience." It sounds a little cheesy but one of my favorite things about Mount Holyoke is its dedication to traditions. Strawberries and Champagne is just the beginning of the whirlwind of ceremonies and traditions that seniors will be engaging in between now and graduation. I am excited to participate in every single one!
