Affirmation Dancing

Have you seen last week's episode of Broad City? My favorite scene features Abbi dancing naked around her empty apartment. As someone who lives alone, I often forget how lucky I am to be able to dance naked whenever I want! Usually I dance my way through getting ready in the morning and sometimes that is the best part of my day! I refer to this dance as my affirmation dance. It awakens my spirit and makes me feel good about myself before I face the day.
